🔹 Thursday, Oct 2nd – Presale Shopping
Time: 4:30pm-8pm

• Each seller may bring their spouse + 2 guests
• Children are allowed
• 🎟️ Check in at the door. Tickets not required.

🔹 Sunday, Oct 5th – Half-Price Presale
Time: 9am–2pm

• Children welcome
• Each seller may bring their spouse + 2 guests
• 🎟️ Check in at the door. Tickets not required.

To ensure a successful sale, please follow the pricing recommendations:

✅ Price items at 1/4 to 1/3 of retail, with nothing over 1/2 retail value, even if new.

✅ Minimum recommended item price is $3. Recommended to reduce all items.

✅ Follow JBF item quality standards:

• No broken or missing pieces
• No tears or stains (including rust, water stains, or mold)
• Not overpriced
• Not recalled or posing a safety hazard
• Not excessively worn (e.g., heavy pilling or overuse)
• Not out of style (must be current styles, within five years old)
• No JBF sale tags older than two years
• No items that have been to more than four sales
• No items from the wrong season (Refer to the "What is Accepted" guide)

Items that don’t meet these standards will be removed and will incur a handling fee.

By registering as a consignor, you agree to the following:

✅ I understand that Just Between Friends is NOT responsible for fire, loss, theft, or damage to my items.
✅ I will adhere to my scheduled drop-off time
✅ I will review the "What is Accepted" guide to know what items to sell at the event.
✅ I will review the "Consignor Sale Week Guide" before the event.
✅ NEW for Fall 2025: $20 No-Show Fee

If you register but do not participate in the sale (by failing to bring items to drop-off), a $20 no-show fee will be charged.

Pay your $15.50 Consignor Registration Fee now to reserve your spot — and if you follow through and sell with us in October, we’ll reimburse your fee after the sale. 🎉

Item Drop-off Appointments
Wednesday, October 1st, and Thursday, October 2nd, 2025

You only need to schedule one drop-off appointment. If you're making multiple trips, that's totally fine—just come during the designated drop-off hours, and we'll get you in without an additional appointment.

Drop-off Hours:

Wednesday: 6 PM – 8 PM (Hard out at 8pm)
Thursday: 9 AM – 4 PM (Hard out at 4pm)

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• 👶 Kids are allowed at drop-off, but not recommended.

• All consignors are responsible for placing their own items on the sales floor during their scheduled Drop-Off appointment.

  ⛔️ EXPRESS DROP-OFF will not be offered by JBF at this event.
  If you need help putting out your items, please post in our Facebook Consignor Group — some fellow consignors may be offering this service independently.

• ✅ Come prepared with items tagged, sorted, and ready to go — and remember, you’ll have 90 minutes to complete your setup.

Unsold Item Pick-up:
Sunday, October 5th, 2025, 6 PM to 8 PM (Hard out at 8pm)

No appointment needed
