Set up and Parking:

Set up and check in will begin at 8:00 am. All vendors must check in to be assigned their space at the Delphi Main Street table at the corner of Market and Main Street. You are required to provide all your supplies, tents, tables, etc. for your space. Once set up in your space please find an available parking spot to park for the duration of the event. Please do not park on Franklin Street in front of the businesses to allow for customer parking. All vendors will set up facing the courthouse square to limit foot traffic in the street and pedestrian safety. After the market has finished you are responsible for the tear down and the clean up of your vendor space. Please use gas station restrooms in necessary.
Cost- $10 per 10x10 booth space

10 x 10 booth space- you are responsible for your table and setup.

Farmers Market runs from June- October on the 1st and 3rd Saturday. Please check all dates you will be attending.
Do It In Delphi runs on the third Saturday each month for the entire year. If you are interested in participating in Do It In Delphi Saturdays after October 15 please select each date you are interested in joining us. -Please select all that apply
Policies:

I understand that it is my vendor responsibility to ensure I have all health permitting and insurance requirements necessary for the sale of my produce or farm related product food items.

I understand that Delphi Main Street and its members are not to be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items contained in individual booths and that booth rental is non refundable. I further agree not to hold the Delphi Main Street or the City of Delphi liable in case of injury or accident. I understand and accept that if I fail to comply with any rules of the Delphi Main Street, I will be asked to leave and will remove myself from the festival area in a non-disruptive manner. I understand there is not early departure from the event and could result in rejection of applications in future events.
