Application Info

• Vendor applications are accepted online from September 7 to October 7, 2026.
• Please have clear photos of your products or services ready to upload with your application. Product photos for all vendors are required.
• Craft vendors: We will no longer be doing first-come first-serve, so take your time to fill out the application with as much detail as possible.
• Food Fair vendors: Kitchen spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
• The additional information provided will help with successful placement and accurate promotion.

Application & Vendor Fees:

Denman Island resident 

• All Denman Island applicants will be accepted and full fee will be required to secure the table. 
• Denman residents will be accepted and given priority
• Subsidy for locals available in full or partial trade of poster distribution.

Non-Denman Island resident

• A non-refundable application fee of $35 is required when you submit this form for non-Denman Island resident. This fee covers administrative costs and will not be refunded. 
• If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with a link to complete your booth fee payment. Your booth fee is not accepted until the payment has been received in full.
  
  

Youth Entreprenuer

• We are offering a ‘youth entrepreneur’ option for ages 12-18, which will allow our next generation of crafters to have their own 4-ft tables at a reduced rate.  

Children's table

• There is a large free area for Denman children age 〜12 Sign up form will be available from website. There are spaces for morning (10am - 12 pm), midday (12pm - 2pm), or afternoon (2pm - 4 pm). We will provide a supervisor all day to ensure a happy experience for all.

Non-profit Groups

• There are six small spaces reserved for Denman non-profit groups each year, available on a first come, first served basis. Any groups that don’t get a booth space in a given year will be first in line the next year. This is an opportunity to fundraise by selling hand-crafted items, raffle tickets and memberships.
• No deposit is required. In support of non-profit groups, the application fee is waived.

Food Fair

• One food vendor (Kitchen 1 - Activity Centre), one food vendor (Kitchen 2 - Back Hall), two tables available for non-profit, and one coffee vendor.
• All food MUST be prepared in a food safe kitchen refer to foodsafe.ca to clarify.
• Kitchen spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
• Non-profit groups may apply, application fee is waived.

Booth Space

• Booth Rental is for adults and youth entreprenuers (ages 12-18). 
• You supply the table(s), chairs, and display.

What you can sell:

Items must be hand-crafted and made locally, exceptions will be made for original art printed at a third-party location. ie: stickers, art cards etc. Your craft must be available to purchase at the fair. Books & CDs are acceptable if created/written/composed/edited by you as a local artist. Gift certificates and advanced orders can be sold.

Deposits and Refund Policy:

• A non-refundable fee of $35 applies to all non-resident applications. 
• No deposit required for non-profit groups.
• No refund will be given once the map has been created.

Setup and Take-down:

• Sell at the fair for two full days, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dismantle your display immediately after the fair ends (no sooner). Cover your display with a cloth if you sell out or have to leave due to illness.
• Set up before the fair opens. The venues are open for set-up Friday, 4pm – 7 pm and Saturday, 8am – 10am
• No tacks, tape or nails can be put into wall surfaces. If you want to hang art, you will need to create your own arrangement.
• Booths, stands, chairs and storage boxes cannot jut into aisles or fire exit areas.
• Limit crafters manning the booth to no more than two at a time.
• There will be overnight security Friday and Saturday. Crafts can remain in place..

Vendor shopping and browsing

Sunday 9:15 am-10 am: doors will open to sellers only. Security ends at this time. We encourage you to be there. This is a time for crafters to browse & meet other sellers.

Craft Fair is unable to promote you, if you don't provide quiality photos.
