In order to provide you with the best travel experience, the below information is required and must be completed in its entirety. I am happy to work with individuals, couples and groups under 50 people. The information you provide here will allow me to create the best vacation experience for you. After you have submitted the form, you will receive a consultation with Ericka Davis. We will discuss the details of your trip from the Inquiry Form and answer any additional questions you may have. If you would like to move forward with booking your trip with Destination by E.D., we require a $25 Planning fee for each individual travelling. This can be paid now with your booking form or after our consultation.

The Planning fee is $25 per person. Once the fee is paid, you will receive a quote based on our consultation with a minimum of two (2) -maximum of four (4) destinations/accommodations/options within 3-5 business days of consultation. If you need another quote, there’s an additional $10 fee that is required. After you receive your quote you will have (3) business days to book your trip to secure the services of Destination by E.D. unless prior arrangements were made during the consultation. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another quote or trip.
