    Service Appointments

    •Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Please be on time. If you are running late, notify us as soon as possible.
    We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Mobile services are available upon request. Due to the fact that we are a new and growing auto detailing business, we will need access to an outdoor water hookup.


    Vehicle Condition
    •Vehicles must be in a reasonably accessible and safe condition. If the condition of the vehicle is not as described or poses a safety concern, services may be declined.
    Excessive pet hair, stains, or heavily soiled interiors may be subject to additional charges. While we aim to provide high-quality results, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will look "brand new". Our goal is to make it look better than its current condition.


    Payment
    •Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
    We accept exact cash, Zelle, Apple Cash or Venmo only.
    Deposits may be required for larger services or mobile appointments.


    Cancellations & No-Shows
    •Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
    No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.


    Liability
    •We are not liable for any:
    Pre-existing damage, clear coat issues, rust, oxidation, or scratches that become more noticeable after cleaning.
    Loose or faulty parts (e.g., mirrors, emblems, trim, panels) that may detach or break during normal cleaning.
    Damage to sensitive or heavily soiled interiors.
    We are not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged personal belongings. Please remove all valuables before service.
    By proceeding, you release A&A Detailing and its owner/operator from any and all claims or liability related to the detailing service.

     

    Satisfaction Guarantee
    •If you are unsatisfied with the service, please let us know within 24 hours so we can address the concern.
    Corrections must be requested within this time frame; no refunds will be issued after that window.


    Photos & Marketing
    •We take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shared.
    If you do not wish for photos of your vehicle to be used, please let us know in advance.


    Weather Conditions 
    •In the case of rain, extreme heat, or poor working conditions, your appointment may be rescheduled for safety and service quality.
