Please read the following carefully, before placing your order:

Allergy information:

• If you are sensitive to nuts or nut derivatives, we have provided a list of those products that do not contain nuts or nut oil.  Please see the detailed list on our website. 
• Similarly, customers who do not use garlic on Pesach are advised to consult the same list for details of products that contain garlic. 
• For extra sensitive clients, we wish to clarify that we do not cook in a nut-free environment.

Delivery Information:

• All standard deliveries will be between 8am and 9pm on Wednesday and Thursday, 11 & 12 Nissan, 9 & 10 April. The charge for this delivery, for addresses in Central Israel, is 120 NIS.  You will be advised by Tuesday 8 April on which day you will receive your order.
•  If you cannot receive your order on either or any of these days, then you may request delivery for a specific date.  There will be an additional charge of 100 NIS for this.  Please contact us if you need this service.
• For a quote for delivery outside Central Israel, please send us an e-mail with your request.
• • Chol hamoed delivery is 350 NIS (Central Israel).  To split an order so that some will be delivered on Chol Hamoed, you must place 2 separate orders, one for before Pesach and one for Chol Hamoed. Choose Chol Hamoed delivery in the delivery options  for the second order.

Other important information:

• This year we are again taking orders on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.  This means we will be preparing a certain amount of each item and when this amount is reached it will be marked as ‘sold out’ on the website.  So, please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. 
• Cancelations policy : We regret that we will not be able to cancel any order after Rosh Chodesh Nissan.

Payment information:

• Cash payments : Please prepare cash payemnts before delivery.  Please put the payment in a sealed envelope, marked clearly with your name, and hand it to the delivery man.
• Foreign credit cards : These incur an extra 3% fee.  Please indicate on the from if you will be paying with a non Israeli credit card.  

Lastly, we are all aware of the volatile situation in Israel.  This affects many areas of life.  We can not be held liable if the security situation prevents our fulfilling your order.  Similarly, if the cost of raw materials skyrockets because of the situation, we may not be able to provide the goods at the price advertised.  In this hopefully unlikely scenario, we will contact you to cancel or adjust the price.
