This council is a diverse group of professionals dedicated to advancing our mission through education, access to health and wellness resources, and community engagement.

We encourage you to apply and share how you can help us expand awareness, strengthen fundraising efforts, and support impactful programming for those impacted by diabetes.

Each DTO AC has to be a part of a subcommittee. Please select which subcommittee(s) you would like to join.

DTO Advisory Council members are required to contribute or raise a minimum of $500 annually to help with community initiatives. This can be fulfilled via monetary or in-kind donation. Can you commit to this requirement by November 14, 2026? How do you plan to fulfill this requirement?

Members must complete a minimum of 10 volunteer hours per year. Are you able to commit to this?

Meetings are held bi-weekly or 2x a month (60 min max) occasionally in-person, with a 75% attendance requirement (18/25 meetings). Are you able to commit to this?
