Thank you for choosing Dial Signature Solutions. Before we get started, we ask every client to complete this one-time agreement. It covers all services we provide now and in the future, so you will never need to sign a separate form for each appointment. Please read each section carefully and check the box at the bottom of each one before moving on.

Services Covered by This Agreement
This agreement covers all services provided by Dial Signature Solutions (DSS), including but not limited to mobile notary signings, remote online notarization (RON), Executive Household Support, errand and task management, vendor coordination, home watch and property check services, senior care coordination, vehicle management, line waiting, and any related concierge support services. This agreement is effective upon signing and applies to all current and future services rendered by DSS to the undersigned client. No separate agreement is required for each service engagement unless DSS provides one in writing.

Home and Property Access
Authorization of Access. By signing this agreement, you authorize Dial Signature Solutions and its representative(s) to access your property solely for the purpose of performing requested and confirmed services. Access will only occur during service windows scheduled and confirmed in advance.

Limitation of Liability. DSS shall not be held liable for pre-existing property damage, conditions, or deficiencies discovered during a service visit. DSS shall not be held liable for losses or damage resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including theft by third parties, natural disasters, mechanical failure of home systems, or other events outside of DSS control.

Client Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that DSS has safe, lawful, and unobstructed access to your property. You agree to disclose any known hazards, alarm codes, access restrictions, or conditions that may affect service delivery. DSS assumes no liability for delays or interruptions caused by failure to provide this information.

Third Party Coordination. When DSS coordinates access for vendors, contractors, or other third parties at your request, DSS acts solely as a coordinator. DSS is not responsible for the actions, quality of work, or misconduct of any third party, and you agree to hold DSS harmless in connection with those services.

Notary and Document Services
Scope of Service. Steven Dial is a commissioned Texas Notary Public and RON certified notary signing agent. DSS provides notarization and document signing coordination services only. DSS does not provide legal advice. You are encouraged to consult a licensed attorney for guidance on any document before signing.

Limitation of Liability. DSS shall not be held liable for delays, rejections, or consequences arising from document errors or issues that existed prior to the signing appointment. DSS is not responsible for decisions made by lenders, title companies, or attorneys after document execution.

Errand, Vehicle, and Senior Care Services
Errand and Task Services. DSS performs errands and tasks on behalf of clients using reasonable care. DSS is not liable for vendor closures, product unavailability, or third party delays. Client expenses are passed through at cost and are the sole financial responsibility of the client.

Vehicle Management. DSS may transport or coordinate service appointments for vehicles at your request. You confirm you hold valid insurance on any vehicle for which DSS provides services. DSS assumes no liability for pre-existing mechanical issues or damage occurring during third party service.

Senior Care Coordination. DSS provides logistical coordination for families managing elder care needs. DSS does not provide medical care, medical transportation, or clinical services of any kind. Nothing provided by DSS should be interpreted as medical advice or professional clinical care.

General Terms
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dial Signature Solutions and its representative(s) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of services performed under this agreement, except in cases of DSS gross negligence or willful misconduct. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Montgomery County, Texas.

Entire Agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between DSS and the client and supersedes all prior communications. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
