We are so excited that you are interested in becoming a Diamond Tot.

This is your little dancer’s first step toward discovering the joy of dance, building confidence, making new friends, and learning what it means to be part of a team. Our Diamond Tots program is designed especially for ages 3–5, creating a fun, encouraging, and age-appropriate introduction to dance and sisterhood.

Form Submission
Before Submitting this form:
1. Make sure all information is correct.
2. Make sure to download the "Band App" before submitting.
3. Follow the "Band App" Profile setup instructions.
- After you submit this form and the non-refundable registration fee, you will receive a link to our Diamond Tots “Band” group.
- You must download the "Band" app and setup your profile.
In your profile, please place your dancer's name in () after your name.

For example, Tiffany (Tracy Jones).
- Input a picture of the parent financially responsible for the dancer as the profile picture.
Once you are in the group, please read all post and comment where needed.
