    Program Partner ($500): Event Partners are investors AccessAbility fest’s objectives and disABILITYsa’s vision. Partner Organizations receive special recognition for their support in the planning, implementation and promotion of AccessAbility fest. Partner benefits include exhibitor space, Business Card Ad***, 2-hour rental of one of the stationary portable disABILITYsa inclusion units at an upcoming event/program, Basic disABILITYsa Membership, Special listing in Event Program*, and 1 Social Media Push.

    Partner Members are asked to participate in the following ways.
    1) Have a staff member or volunteer serve on the planning team (1 year commitment), and
    2) Promote the event (with provided images) on your website, newsletter, and social media networks.

      ​First Aid Tent & Cart Underwriter ($2,500 Value): $1,000 monetary sponsorship + 2 RNs and 4 First Aid Certified supports. Underwriter ​benefits include Name/Logo Recognition on website, Name/Logo Recognition on Signage* affixed to First Aid Golf Cart, listing and 1/4 Page ad in the event program, ​and Recognition Announcement from the stage.

    • ACCESSABILITY FEST EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:
      Marketplace Vendor: $350 Includes a 6ft table & 2 chairs in the marketplace section of the event. This registration allows you to sell items at the AccessAbility fest in a specific area of the event. If you are a service provider, please note you will not be located within your organization’s service topic area. $250NP/$300FP Early bird discount available through Sept 1st.

      Forprofit Exhibitor: $200 Includes a 6ft table & 2 chairs in your company’s topic area. No solicitation of guests allowed. $150 Early bird discount available through September 1st.

      Nonprofit Exhibitor: $75 Includes a 6ft table & 2 chairs in your organization’s topic area. No solicitation of guests allowed. $50 Early bird discount available through September 1st.

      ​Information Only: $50 Organizational brochure, business card, or flyer will be displayed at the disABILITYsa Guest Information Booth and company information printed in the event program directory. 

      ACCESSABILITY FEST REGISTRATION DEADLINES:
      Early Registration Deadline is Monday, September 1st, 2026. Rate increase will be effective beginning September 2nd. 

      Exhibitor Registration Deadline is September 15th, 2026.  Registrations received after September 15th will be considered, but will not be included in any print materials. Late exhibitor registrations will be accepted based on space availability after this deadline and may be responsible for the provision of their own table and chairs.

      Cancellations received after Sept. 15th and event "No Shows" will be held liable for the total amount due.  No refunds will be issued after Sept. 15th.

      Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a game or activity at their booth and bring treats to distribute. Door prize drawings at your booth are encouraged to help collect contact information for the guests visiting your booth.

      Your table location is determined by disABILITYsa based on the order of registration.

      NO solicitations or sales are allowed at this event outside the Marketplace Vendor area. Service Animals are allowed to be with exhibitors at their booths, no pets allowed. Animal handler permits are required for other animal types present at the event.

      You may be located in an area where you are able to set-up a pop-up canopy, but weights are REQUIRED.  You will be required to take down any canopies installed without weights.

  • Participation in AccessAbility fest with an Activity is FREE as you are providing a significant activation for attendees to participate in throughout the day.

    Activations may include, but are not limited to Health Screening Activities, Make & Takes, Face Painting or Balloon Art, Tree Adoption, Free Books & Reading Corner, Caricatures, Photo Booth, Learning Labs, Interactive Demonstrations, Petting Zoo, etc.

    Activation providers are responsible for Proof of Liability Insurance (if necessary) and complying with the requirements of the venue.

    MOBILE UNITS must arrive by 7:00am and may not leave the Travis Park grounds before 2pm. This is in compliance with direction from SAPD.
