Full Payment is required 30 days prior to your departure date. A member of the Diverse team will contact you via the mobile number provided to securely collect credit card details and finalise payment. No refunds will be issued for equipment that is hired and not used. Any replacement or repair costs will be assessed on an individual basis and charged at the discretion of Diverse. Diverse accepts no liability for any injury, accident or loss incurred during this period. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if any equipment is returned with sand or saltwater.
