We provide all the necessary equipment and require only a 10' x 10' space or booth area with access to at least two nearby electrical outlets. Please inform us if your event will be indoors or outdoors, and confirm that power will be available. If a generator is needed, we can provide one for a rental fee of $75 per hour, which will solely cover power for our equipment.
To ensure a smooth experience, we require a minimum of 2 hours for setup (load-in) before the event begins and 1 hour for breakdown (load-out) after the event concludes. This time is essential to deliver the quality and professionalism you expect from us.

For events located more than 25 miles from Bristow, Virginia, additional travel fees will be included in your quote.
Payment Policy:
Payments for all events are due before or on the day of service.
If payment is not received on or before the date of service, a 15-day grace period is granted. After this period, late fees will be assessed according to the schedule below.
