    Role of the Mentor:

    • Commit to be a Mentor for 12 consecutive months.
    • Commit to making a minimum of 6 contacts with your Mentee.
    • Commit to active participation.
    • Share information about DMCMA.
    • Provide confidential assistance to the Mentee outside of their chain of command.
    • Facilitate the Mentee's growth by sharing resources and networks.
    • Challenge the Mentee to move outside of his/her (their) comfort zone. 
    • Foster a positive and honest relationship with your Mentee.
