  • Project Description:  Liberal Arts Building Renovation

    Scope of work – Renovation to the 2nd floor (14,500 sq ft) of this building to accept a 9th grade program from DPSCD.  Scope of work includes renovation of existing space to include but not limited to: new fire-rated gyp partitions, doors/hardware, new lighting, upgrade of existing fire alarm system, construction of shaft walls, renovation/construction of new bathrooms.
