→ Yes, shared suites are available only for friends/family booking together.
• Are meals, lodging and airport transport included?
→ Yes, everything from your room/board, excursions, welcome dinner to your farewell brunch is included.
• Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
→ Because this is an intimate, carefully curated experience with limited spaces, all payments are non-refundable after the 14-day deposit grace period. This includes illness, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.
If you choose a payment plan through Klarna or Affirm, all billing, adjustments, or eligible refunds are managed directly by those providers according to their terms.
• Do I get a refund if the retreat is cancelled?
→ Yes, if unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel or postpone the retreat (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues, safety concerns): you may choose between a refund or a credit toward a future retreat.
