Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts may be submitted for evaluation in two formats: oral or poster presentations.
Academic titles must not be included in author names.
Author names should be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter of each name capitalized, and without abbreviations.
Example: Ayfer Selin Yıldırım
The institution name and address of all authors must be clearly stated.
Example: Xxxx University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Xxxx, City
The abstract title should be written with only the first letter capitalized (abbreviations are an exception).
Example: Xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxx xxxx xxxx
If abbreviations are used in the abstract, their full form must be given in parentheses at the first mention.
The abstract should briefly state the aim and methods of the study, summarize the results with sufficient numerical details, and present the conclusions based on the findings.
Abstracts must be structured under the following headings: Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
The total text of the abstract, excluding the title and author names, must not exceed 3,000 characters.
A maximum of two (2) tables or figures may be included in the abstract.
Abstracts that do not comply with any of these requirements will be excluded from evaluation, regardless of content.
All abstracts will be evaluated online by the Abstract Review Committee in a blind review process, in which the authors’ names and institutional affiliations will remain confidential.
For an abstract to be considered for evaluation, at least one of the authors must be registered for the congress.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reassign the presentation format (oral or poster) as deemed appropriate.
Evaluation results will be communicated to all authors via email, and authors are kindly requested to pay close attention to the final decision regarding their presentation format.
