Step 2: Enter Quantity Needed*

Enter total quantity. If we're providing mail service for you and you order a higher quantity than your mailing list, the extras will be shipped back to you at the above Flat Card Only rates plus shipping.

Step 3: Choose a Front Template*

Upload Your Personal Photo for front of card (if choosing 'YOUR PHOTOS' option for back, please upload 3 additional photos.)

Photos must be high resolution (300dpi) and in jpeg format. Please submit before November 21, 2025.

Please supply mailing list in Excel or .csv format. Email to Marlene@dmsmarketing.ca prior to November 21, 2025. Any list supplied will be subject to a $35 set-up fee. If you are an active Mini-Mag client and wish to use that list, the set-up fee will be waived.

Step 9: Method of Payment & Signature

Payment is due upon artwork approval and prior to print. Payment options will be included with official invoice. Official invoice will be emailed from Amber@dmsmarketing.ca.
