1. The Dun Laoghaire Motor Yacht Club shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to a person or property, and reserves the right to alter the location of boats and equipment. Your boat insurance should cover all risks.
2. All boats must have an identifiable mark, such as placing the boat name or number on the boat, trolley and cover.
3. No road trailers are allowed in the dinghy park, and all dinghies must be on their launching trolley.
4. Boats must be parked in their allocated space, subject to condition 1.
5. Boats should be checked frequently by their owners, and should be well tied down and secure at all times.
6. Boats not removed at the end of the Frostbites will be disposed of by the Club.

Allocation lists will be posted on the Club notice boards as early as possible.
