    • Doctument Ltd is an online medical service, so we cannot access your NHS or regular GP medical records.
    • We issue private medical letters and do not issue Med3 notes, which are obtainable through your NHS GP for UK government benefits
    • We cannot issue a refund once our doctors have reviewed your request and written a letter for you. We only provide refunds if we cannot issue a letter to you.
