TERMS AND CONDITIONS Donnybrook Apple Festival Committee reserves the right to refuse any applicant, site locations are at the coordinator’s discretion. Any special location requests should be lodged at the time of application, to allow disputes to be settled before applications are accepted and finalised. By submitting this form, I, (name printed) blanks* have read and understand the above and below conditions that apply to my application to participate in the Donnybrook Apple Festival 2027.TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Festival hours are from 10am to 7pm on Saturday, 27TH MARCH 20272. Festival hours for Food Trucks- 10am till 4pm, PLAYGROUND area. 10am TILL 7pm, OVAL area. You may not move a vehicle until allotted bump out times. 3. Stallholders are expected to operate for the duration of these hours and have adequate supplies. 4. All Stallholders are required to have their stall/display/exhibit erected and all vehicles removed and parked off-site or in the designated parking area by 8am Saturday. VEHICLES CANNOT BE KEPT ONSITE. NEXT TO OR BEHIND ANY STALL . Unless organised prior with the stall coordinator. 5. The Applicant is responsible for their own Product and Public Liability Insurance. A copy of a current Public Liability Insurance Policy or Certificate of Currency MUST be submitted with the application form. The insurance must be valid for the duration of the Donnybrook Apple Festival. 6. If Donnybrook Apple Festival. deems the sale or display of any item to be inappropriate, Donnybrook Apple Festival. reserves the right to order such sale or display to cease. The Applicant shall abide by such orders immediately. 7. It is essential that applicants accurately assess the amount of space they require in their event application. The area booked must include the total length, including the hitch AND any additional apparatus required eg: guide ropes, awnings, other display items etc. No additional space will be available at the event. Applicants found to be using more than the approved area will be asked to remove part, or all, of their stall to comply AND if the offending applicant is not present and is preventing other applicants from setting up, the Donnybrook Apple Festival committee reserves the right to remove the offending part of the stall. 8. Applicants are responsible for the erection and dismantling of their stalls/displays/exhibits and the provision of all materials used therein. 9. Inspection with the festival electrician will commence at 8am. 10. All power cords must be tagged and tested. Power will be turned off at 500pm sharp on festival day for generator pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS11. All food producer stalls must abide by the Health Policies of the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup. A Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Environmental Health Officer will contact the applicant prior to the event if necessary. 12. Wine and Food applicants must include a copy of their Food Act Registration with their local authority with their application. If you are unsure about this, please contact the Environmental Health Officer at the Shire Office. 13. Food Operators will be required to comply with the Food Act 2008 and the Food Safety Standards at the event. 14. Acceptance of applications are at the discretion of Donnybrook Apple Festival.. 15. Donnybrook Apple Festival reserves the right to; reject any application. 16. Allocated market stall positions are not negotiable and cannot be swapped without Donnybrook Apple Festival Association stall coordinators approval. 17. Donnybrook Apple Festival will not refund to applicants any application fee because of the applicant failing to appear at the event, the applicant cancelling his/her application after receipt of the application fee, non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the event, the event being cancelled due to inclement weather or factors beyond the control of Donnybrook Apple Festival.
