We – the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District – have launched new branding to highlight all that our District represents: being Albany’s newest neighborhood, Central Business District, and Central Social District. As part of the rollout, we are seeking Brand Ambassadors to work alongside us to spread the word about all of the exciting things happening here, including growing residential, new businesses, public art, and private and public investment.
What you’ll get:
As a thank you for being a Downtown Albany Brand Ambassador, selected applicants will receive a welcome pack valued at $250 that will include items for your everyday use (including water bottle, travel mug, and insulated grocery bag), items for you to give away on behalf of the Downtown Albany BID, two (2) tickets to each Downtown Albany BID event including Hot Chocolate Stroll, Hounds of Halloween, and Annual Meeting. Complete details will be included in contract.
What you’ll give:
For a period of one year, Downtown Brand Ambassadors will post twice monthly (at a minimum), on their own channels, positive content focused on the people and places of Downtown, utilizing hashtags to be provided. All content must be focused within our District’s boundaries (which can be found here). As needed, BID staff will work with Brand Ambassadors to produce video content highlighting Downtown destinations. Complete details will be included in contract.
