At The Spa on West Main, giving back to the community that has supported us is incredibly important to us. We are proud to support local organizations, charities, schools, and community initiatives that make a meaningful difference right here in our community.

Because we receive many generous requests throughout the year, we thoughtfully prioritize donations that directly benefit local causes and the people who live and work in the communities we serve. Thank you for thinking of The Spa on West Main and for the work you do to make our community a better place!

DONATION GUIDELINES
To help us thoughtfully manage our annual charitable giving budget, please review the following guidelines before submitting your request:

• Priority is given to local charities, nonprofit organizations, schools, community groups, and events serving our local community.

• Organizations and events located outside of our local service area may not be eligible for a donation.

• Donation requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event or requested donation date whenever possible.

• Due to the number of requests we receive, we are unfortunately unable to fulfill every request.

• Previous support from The Spa on West Main does not guarantee future donations.

• The type and value of each donation are determined by The Spa on West Main based on availability, the nature of the event, and our annual charitable giving budget.

• Submission of this form does not guarantee approval or a donation.

While we wish we could say yes to every request, our charitable giving budget is limited. Each request is reviewed individually, with preference given to organizations and events that have a direct and positive impact on our local community.
