Although more insurance compainies are reimbursing patients for the biote hormone optimization therpay, there is no guarantee. You will be responsible for payment in full at time of your procedure. We can try to bill insurance for labs, but cannot guarantee they will pay.

Upon request, we will provide you the necessary paperwork needed to submit to your insurance company for reinbursement. Consider using your FHA/HSA benefits for payment.
Non-DFC Consult Fee: $125

Pre-Insertion Labs: $125, or can try to bill insurance but no guarantee

Post- Insertion Labs: $32 - $65

Female Pellet Insertion Fee: $500- not patient

$350 for DFC Patient

Male Insetion Fee: $850 - not patient

$699 for DFC Patient
