DRMI Geeks & Gramps Program Youth Volunteer Application Form

  • Welcome to Geeks & Gramps!

Divine Revelations Ministries, Inc. (DRMI) proudly offers the Geeks & Gramps (grandparents) Program—a fun, hands-on experience where youth ages 8–18 connect with older adults through technology, learning, and service. In a safe and supportive environment, our youth participants (“Geeks”) explore exciting STEAM and digital skills like virtual reality, digital devices, and emerging technologies. Along the way, they build confidence, leadership, teamwork, and real-life skills they can use in school, at home, and in future careers. What makes this program special? Youth also get the chance to give back—helping older adults (“Gramps”) learn and feel more comfortable using technology. This builds meaningful connections, strengthens community, and creates a family-like environment where everyone grows together. Geeks & Gramps is designed to support both youth and families by encouraging mentorship, responsibility, and positive relationships across generations. Thanks to the generous support of the Community Human Services Partnership (CHSP) of Tallahassee & Leon County, the program is currently FREE for participating youth and older adults. We’re excited about your family’s interest—please complete the application below to get started!

Parent/Guardian Note: Parental involvement is key to your child’s success. We ask that at least one parent or guardian attend the first session (Meet & Greet) to meet our team and learn more about the program.
