Health and Safety Requirements
Rabies Vaccination: Required by law for all dogs attending class.
Puppies Under Six Months: It is recommended that puppies have their initial vaccinations as advised by their veterinarian before attending class. Please consult your veterinarian for guidance on vaccinations.
Drop the Leash LLC maintains a clean environment but cannot guarantee the prevention of illness, parasites, or communicable diseases. By enrolling in this class, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Eligibility and Participation
Age Requirement: This class is for participants 18 years of age and older.
Additional Participants: If anyone under 18 will be present, they must be supervised by an additional adult other than the one handling the dog.
Recommendation Regarding Children:
This class requires focused participation from the handler.
We strongly recommend that young children do not attend. If a child must be present, another responsible adult (not the handler) must supervise them outside the training area at all times.
Location and Facility Rules
Waste and Clean-Up Requirements: Dog guardians must pick up after their dogs and dispose of waste in designated receptacles. Please use the designated potty areas to help maintain a clean and welcoming space for all participants.
Media Release
Drop the Leash LLC may photograph or video record participants and their dogs during class for use in marketing materials, social media, website content, and educational purposes.
By enrolling in this class, I grant Drop the Leash LLC permission to use photographs and video recordings of me and my dog for these purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify Drop the Leash LLC in writing prior to your first class. We will make reasonable accommodations to respect your preference.
Liability Waiver
I understand that participation in training at Drop the Leash LLC carries inherent risks. While all dogs are handled with care, unexpected incidents may occur.
I waive and release Drop the Leash LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from my participation in all activities with my dog, including but not limited to injury, illness, or damage caused by any dog, including my own.
I agree to take full financial responsibility for any veterinary or medical expenses resulting from injury caused by my dog.
Class Policies
Refunds: Class fees are non-refundable unless Drop the Leash LLC cancels the class. If there are extenuating circumstances, we can make an exception. Please contact Drop the Leash LLC directly.
Schedule Changes: Classes may be rescheduled or adjusted due to minimum enrollment requirements, unforeseen conflicts or weather. Classes will not be cancelled via email or text. You will receive a phone call by our staff.
Dog Behavior and Suitability: Dog guardians are solely responsible for controlling their dogs during class.
Drop the Leash LLC and its instructors are not liable for any injury, damage, or incidents involving dogs, owners, third parties, or property.
If a dog is determined to be unfit for a group setting due to illness, injury, or behavior concerns, alternative recommendations will be provided.

Please ensure you provide a correct email address when enrolling, as this will be used for class updates and important communications.
By enrolling in this class, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies.
