Declaration

1. By registration, admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
2. Admission is the sole discretion of the Chancellor/President.
3. Copy of the social security number/aadhar card and the transfer certificate original should be produced at the time of admission/within three months. (Undertaking letter should be submitted)
4. In case of name change - attach the copy of the gazette notification.
5. Transfer certificate for any reason will not be issued without submitting valid documents.
6. Fee payment can be made in two inatallments except for the first year. For the first year, prescribed tuition fee should be deposited in full before the commencement of the classes.
7. All fees are to be deposited by cash at the office of the Chancellor/President. The fees will be collected between 10:00 Am and 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
8. In order to enable the University to realize the fee in time, the University will impose fine on late payments. If the fee paid later than the due dates (i.e. 15th March and 15th September), a fine of Rs.1000 shall be levied upon the first month. After one month, the name of the defaulters will be struck off from the roll. If re-admitted, at the discretion of the Chancellor/President, the re-admission fee of Rs.5000 will be charged after collecting the arears.
9. No due certificate from the University in the prescribed format should be submitted in the office of the Chancellor/President before publishing the semester results, failing which the student semester result will be withheld.
10. Tuition fees and other fees paid will not be refunded for any reasons. Even if the student is removed from the rolls of the University for any reason or even if he/she voluntarily leaves the University, the amount paid/collect5ed will not be refunded.
11. All disputes shall be within the Jurisdiction of Salem Court alone.
