Step Up for Down Syndrome Awareness Walk

Please complete this form to register for the Step Up for Down Syndrome Awareness Walk presented by the Down Syndrome Parents Group of WNY on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 11am-2pm. The schedule of events has changed for 2019. Lunch will begin at 11:30am and the walk will take place about 1:00pm with ice cream to follow. Registration including a free t-shirt is $10 until September 9. Online registration will be available until September 23. Registration includes lunch with ice cream. Children under 2 are free. This is a rain or shine event.

If you do not complete payment, we will not recieve your registration. On the day of the event meal tickets can be picked up at the registration table beginning at 11:00am. No items will be mailed in advance. A limited number of additional shirts will be available for purchase for $5 each.
