Step Up for Down Syndrome Awareness Walk

Please complete this form to register for the Step Up for Down Syndrome Awareness Walk presented by the Down Syndrome Parents Group of WNY on Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 11am-2pm. Registration is $7 until September 25 and $10 the day of the walk. Registration includes lunch with ice cream. Children under 2 are free. This is a rain or shine event.

If you do not complete payment, we will not recieve your registration. On the day of the event meal tickets can be picked up at the registration table beginning at 10:30. No items will be mailed in advance. Shirts will be available for purchase for $5 each.
