By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree that:
- I am the parent/legal guardian of the athlete named in this application.
- I understand that Rugby 7s is a physical contact sport and that participation carries an inherent risk of injury.
- I confirm that my child is physically capable of participating in the combine and that they do not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe, or I have disclosed any relevant medical information.
- I accept responsibility for my child's participation in the combine and understand that they participate at their own risk.
- I understand that submitting this registration form does not guarantee selection into the Renegades programme.
- I agree that my child will follow all instructions provided by coaches, selectors and event officials and will behave respectfully at all times.
- I acknowledge that Renegades 32 has a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour from athletes, parents, guardians or spectators. Any abuse or harassment directed towards coaches, selectors, volunteers, referees, officials or combine administrators may result in my child's removal from the combine or future Renegades activities.
- I give permission for Renegades 32 to provide first aid or seek emergency medical treatment for my child if required and I understand that every reasonable effort will be made to contact me.
- I consent to photographs and video being taken during the combine for coaching, promotional and social media purposes unless I advise Renegades 32 in writing prior to the combine.
- I acknowledge that the decisions of the selection panel are final and agree to respect the selection process.
