Please Note: By submitting the following information, the team at the agency will provide itinerary options for your approval. Please approve within 24 hours of options being received to prevent airlines from cancelling the space. Airline prices are not guaranteed until ticketed.

An $80 fulfillment fee per ticket will be applied at the time of ticketing. This fee provides:
- Coordination with the Ntaba safari team to ensure arrival/departure parameters are met.
- Continued reservation monitoring for schedule or equipment changes
- Communication to your Ntaba safari team for streamlined on-site support
- Two (2) calls to the after-hours emergency team in the event assistance is needed outside of regular business hours.
