Hello! My name is Christine "Chris" Carpenter of Styles by Chris. With over 25 years of experience specializing in fine, thin, and thinning hair, and advanced training from over 10 luxury hair extension brands since 2009, this form is designed to help me understand your goals and hair history before we meet for your personalized, in-person consultation.
Important note on Hair Extension Investment:

Hair extensions are a premium service that reflects the use of high-quality hair, expert application, and a customized, multi-hour insallion process focused on precision and longevity. Depending on the method, length, volume, and your individual hair needs, costs typically range from $800- $2000+ for these semi-permanent installations.

Please note that professional extension services often require several hours to complete- anywhere from 2 to 6+ hours- to ensure proper placement, blending, comfort, and longevity. This time investment is essential for achieving seamless, natural looking results that protect the health of your hair.

We'll review a personalized quote and timeline during your pre-consultation/and in person consulation. As we work toward long-lasting, beautiful results, we encourage you to consider both your budget and time availability when booking this service.

Photos are the best way to see what kind of hair you have now, and what your desired outcome is. Have someone take current phots of your hair in the best natural lighting available to you (no flashes or direct sunlight) I ask that you do not send selfies! Once again, NO SELFIES!!! Front Photo (Just need to see how your front hairline is and to see how you like to wear the front of your hair).*
Side of the head (looking to see how your front hair is compared to the back of the head. This also allows me to see thickness as well)*
Back of the head. Make sure to have a friend of family member take this photo so I can see your length. Trying to get a photo from a mirror really is hard for me to determine if extensions will work for you *
