  • Note: if you do not have a soft copy to email us, ask the lender to email or at least ask and bring a complete extra set of documents for us to keep for our records (unless soft copy is emailed)

    2. We cannot provide financial advice or viability of the borrowing as such you must obtain advice from a suitable financial professional before meeting us.
    3. If we have a conflict of interest, we cannot act for you.
    4. We will/may record the advice session and if required may produce before a fact-finding tribunal. 
    5. We will be proving you a written summary of the advice and signed certificates
    6. We may have to retain your documents for the duration of the loan
    7. Legal practitioners provide certificates only using the forms approved by the Law Institute of Victoria [LIV] as referred to in rule 11 of Legal Profession Uniform Legal Practice (Solicitors) Rules 2015 and not on any bank prepared document.
