By registering and signing up for online rent and other rental payments, I understand and agree that partial payments on my account are not accepted, only full payments are accepted. The current month’s balance must be paid by the 14th of the month if paying online. On the 15th of the month, the next month’s rent charge (in addition to the current month’s rent charge) will be automatically charged and must be paid online as well. Otherwise, payment must be mailed to our office Furthermore, I understand and agree that if my payment is made after the due date, a late fee will/may apply and I agree to pay the late fee in full along with my full online payment. I understand that payments are not required to be made online and that I may mail my personal check (cashier’s check or money orders if my payment is required to be made via certified funds) to eLAvate at 17141 Ventura Blvd. Suite 214 Encino, CA 91316. Non-sufficient funds (and late fees, if applicable)apply with any returned payments for any reason when paying online similar to paying with a personal check. eLAvate reserves the right to not accept/disable online payments and payments via personal check if a payment is returned for any reason in which case only certified funds (money orders or cashier’s check) will be accepted.*

When setting up your online resident portal and submitting online rent payments, eLAvate has no control over the account you enter nor can eLAvate stop any one time or automatic recurring payments. Please contact your financial institution for stop payments and payment inquiries. By signing up for your online portal to submit rent payments online, you agree to the terms and conditions as set forth and indicated below. Online payments via E-check/ACH are free of charge. Online payments via debit card and credit card have fees associated with these types of payments. These fees are charged by the financial institution and are not charged by eLAvate. The fees associated with paying rent online via debit card or credit card cannot be waived. By signing up for your online portal to submit rent payments online, you agree to the terms and conditions as set forth and indicated below.*
