Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Kern County’s 4th Annual Earth Day 661 Festival.

Please complete the following steps before submitting your application:

2. Submit the full vendor fee, if applicable.

Terms & Conditions Acknowledgment

Please read each statement carefully. You must check each box to submit your application. By checking the boxes, you are confirming that you understand and agree to all vendor terms and conditions.

Vendors are responsible for having their booths setup by 10:30 am, staying for the entire event until 4:00 pm and cleaning up their space.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses and insurance to operate at the event as required by the City of Bakersfield.
I have read and understand the Permits & Licenses terms for food, beverage, dessert or consumable vendors, and I agree to comply with all requirements, including providing copies of necessary permits before and during the event.
Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth, products, staff and visitors. Earth Day 661, Green Clean Pros, event partners, sponsors, City of Bakersfield and Kern County Parks and Recreation are not liable for accidents, damages or legal issues caused by vendors.
I agree to follow all event rules and safety requirements. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
