By signing this waiver, I agree and understand the following:

1. The gymnastics workshop being offered at Vancouver Vegan Festival has certain hazards and risks and by which it requires physical exertion that may cause physical injury.

2. In case that instructors provide physical adjustments, I understand that I have the option to opt-out by letting the instructor know my wish not to have physical adjustments.

3. I hereby release, waive, discharge and hold harmless Vancouver Vegan Festival, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, affiliates, presenters, facilitators, hosts and partners from any and all liabilities arising from any untoward incident in my participation in the gymnastics workshop at Vancouver Vegan Festival, or in my personal pracitice of the skills afterwards, which may result in injury, loss, damage, or death.

By signing this form, I hereby represent and warrant that I am physically fit and capable to participate in the gymnastics workshop at Vancouver Vegan Festival 2025 at Kitsilano Beach on Sat. Sept, 6, 2025.
