CONSULTATION & PLANNING FEE:

It is necessary to pay all fees before researching your vacation. The consultation and planning fee covers the time spent researching, pricing, and developing your travel package. Your group package may include accommodations, excursions, air travel, rail travel, and transfers. We will provide you with 2 custom itineraries, each of which will be subject to one free revision.

eBiz Travel will work with one additional individual assigned by the Lead Person in addition to communicating with the Lead Person.

We offer a 30-day booking window following payment of our consultation and planning fees. Upon expiration of the 30 days, a new quote must be created. If the supplier requires a different schedule, you will be notified if it differs from eBiz Travels'.

Planning Fee:

To ensure we dedicate our expertise to crafting your ideal itinerary, we do have a one-time planning fee. The fee varies depending on group size:

Solo $100
Couples: $150
Groups of 3-5 people: $200
Groups of 6-15 people: $300
Groups of 16+ people: $400

The number of revisions is limited to two per destination or multi-city itinerary. If you have more than 31 travelers or two or more separate destinations, please contact our office.

What is a Multi-City Itinerary? Traveling to more than one destination during a single trip/booking. As an example, 2 days in Rome, 2 days in Paris, 2 days in Barcelona.
A revision is when the destination or travel dates have been changed after the one-time revision. Consultation/Planning fees are not refundable or transferable and do not cover fees charged by suppliers or travel expenses.
Additional fees will incur for airfare, travel by rail, and excursions that are not included in the initial booking provided by the supplier or requested after the initial proposal.
