Ebony is a trans and disabled furry from the Philippines! All items are handmade with love, locally. As with all handmade items however, there may be slight differences with products vs. the product photos such as colors due to lighting, and slight size differences. Rest assured, all items are quality-checked to the best of our ability.
I. Refunds and Returns
After the items are shipped out, all sales are considered final. However, refunds may be requested before the shipping date as of ordering your items.
Upon receiving your items, refunds are no longer possible unless you have received the wrong quantity or wrong items.
If the issue is the latter (wrong items), the items may be returned and replaced free of charge (return-shipping-fee must be handled by the customer, while the delivery fee will be handled by myself). Otherwise, refunds are no longer possible without a return. After 10 days of receiving your order, refunds will not be processed!

When e-mailing about refunds and returns, documentation is absolutely necessary. Please provide picture or video evidence of the issue and title your e-mails accordingly.
II. Shipping Policy
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped out on Fridays at 1:00PM. I am a college student however, so this may suddenly change due to schedule conflicts or academic responsibilities. Shipping rates are as follows:
- NCR • ₱70 (1-3 Days)
- Luzon • ₱70 (1-5 Days)
- Visayas • ₱100 (3-7 Days)
- Mindanao • ₱105 (3-7 Days)
- Islands • ₱120 (5-6 Days)
All flate-rate-shipping orders are shipped out via J&T only. Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link!
SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Only available within Metro Manila. For orders selecting same-day deliveries, deliveries should be set up by the customer via the respective apps and websites (eg. Grab app or Lalamove app).
Upon paying for your order through the jotform, an e-mail can be expected within 24 hours confirming your order is ready for shipping! Upon receiving the e-mail, please reply with a tracking link and screenshot of the Grab or Lalamove so that the delivery can go smoothly. Address and other information for you to be able to book the delivery is to be provided in the e-mail, as to prevent you from booking early.
If you already know my address and contact in advance, do NOT book the Grab/Lalamove until after the e-mail is sent to you!
Once products are shipped out, the delivery and handling is out of my hands. Issues with shipping should be forwarded to the couriers first, but I will do my best to assist you.
III. Privacy Policy
All data collected will only be used for shipping of the items as well as personal statistics. Your information will remain private and not shared.

Payment options are only available via Maya, GCash, and Metrobank. Please e-mail me about other payment options if you want them!
VI. Terms of Service
You may NOT resell these products as your own. If you must destash, I would prefer you marking the price down by more than 50%, or giving it out for free.
Please do not trace my artwork.
I do not permit my art to be used for AI or NFT's.
