### Eclipse Kickboxing Membership Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Eclipse Kickboxing! We are excited to have you as a member of our martial arts academy. To ensure a smooth experience for all members, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
Membership Requirements
1. **Membership Agreement**:
- By signing up for a membership at Eclipse Kickboxing, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
- Membership options include a one-year term and a month-to-month term.
2. **Payment of Fees**:
- All membership fees are to be paid via Direct Debit.
- For one-year term memberships, Direct Debit payments are required throughout the duration of the term.
After the completion of the one-year term, the membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled by providing a 30-day notice.
- For month-to-month memberships, payments are due monthly, with a 30-day notice required for cancellation.
3. **Cancellation and Notice**:
- One-year term memberships cannot be canceled mid-term unless under exceptional circumstances approved by management.
- After the one-year term, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis, requiring a 30-day notice for cancellation in writing.
- Month-to-month memberships also require a 30-day notice for cancellation. The final payment will be due during this notice period.

#### Consequences of Non-Compliance
1. **Direct Debit Cancellations**:
- If a member cancels their Direct Debit without authorization, we will make three attempts to contact the member to reinstate their Direct Debit.
- Failure to respond or comply after three contact attempts will result in the matter being escalated to a collections company.
2. **Collections Process**:
- If your account is sent to collections due to non-payment or unauthorized Direct Debit cancellation, additional charges will apply.
- These charges will include any fees imposed by the collections company in addition to the outstanding membership fees.
- Once the debt is with the collections agency, Eclipse Kickboxing will no longer be able to manage or settle the debt directly.
- Having a debt sent to a collections agency may negatively affect your credit score.
3. **Legal Action**:
- Persistent non-compliance with payment terms may result in legal action to recover the owed amounts, including any additional legal fees incurred.
#### Keeping Track of Debts
- Members can keep track of their payment status through the ClubRight app.
- If you have any questions or concerns about your payments, please contact us promptly to avoid escalation.
