Teacher Training Policies:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have been practicing yoga for at least 6 months.
- Applicants are required to submit a completed Down Under School of Yoga Teacher Training application along with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Deposit can be made by cash, check, or credit card. Upon acceptance, the remaining balance may be paid in full or the student may choose to use a payment plan. Payment in full must be made no later than July 10, 2025.
- All payments for this training are non-refundable & non-transferable. If applicants are not accepted into the program for any reason, the $500 deposit will be refunded. Down Under School of Yoga also reserves the right to ask any student to leave the program if their behavior is inappropriate or unethical. Under such circumstances, tuition will not be refunded.
- Enrollment and payment for the program and attending training hours alone does not guarantee that a Certificate of Completion will be granted. In order to receive a Certificate of Completion students must attend and actively participate in all the required training hours and modules, attend a minimum of 20 classes with Down Under faculty and demonstrate an understanding of the program content in the written final exam and the final practicum and demonstrate an understanding of the program content in the written final exam and the final practicum.
- Attendance/Make-Up Policy: The expectation is that students will attend and participate in all training hours. Make up hours/assignments will be given at the descretion of the faculty.
- Tuition does not include class pass required to graduate.
Program Participation Agreement:

I understand that in order to receive a Certificate of Completion in the Down Under School of Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training, I must attend and actively participate in all the required class hours and capably demonstrate an understanding of the material in the final written exam and practicum. I understand that acceptance in the Down Under School of Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training does not guarantee certification.

I understand that Down Under School of Yoga reserves the right to ask me to leave the program if my behavior is inappropriate or unethical. Under such circumstances I understand I will not be refunded my tuition.

I understand that the $500 deposit & all payments for the training is non-refundable and non-transferable. I understand that payment is due in full by July 10, 2025 even if I withdraw from the program for any reason.

I, {name}, have read and acknowledge the Teacher Training Policies above and submit my application accepting these terms. Further, I understand Down Under Yoga LLC will occasionally photograph or video trainings and may use whole or composite images, without prior approval from me, in newsletters, promotions, manuals or books or any other lawful purposes as determined by Down Under Yoga LLC. I also understand that footage or quotations from me, both written or verbal, may be used in the publicity of trainings and all purposes described above.

Payment Agreement

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby promises to pay to the order of Down Under Yoga the sum of $3,100 ($2,700 if enrolled by March 28, 2025. $2,900 if enrolled by April 28, 2025. $3,100 if enrolled April 29, 2025 onwards.) A deposit of $500 is due along with this application. Full tuition is due by no later than July 10, 2025. If this Note is not paid when due or if a default occurs, the undersigned promises to pay all costs of enforcement and collection, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees, regardless of whether such enforcement or collection includes the filing of a lawsuit, together with interest on the unpaid sum at the then applicable rate. The undersigned waives diligence, prevention, protest and demand and also notice of protest, demand, non-payment and dishonor of this Note.
