Summer 2025 - Summer Work Agreement - JUNIORS Logo
  • SUMMER WORK AGREEMENT - FOR STUDENTS

FOR JUNIORS / RISING SENIORS ONLY
  •      During your next summer, the summer prior to your senior year of high school is when EduPlan students complete most, if not all, of the pending admissions work. Using your next summer to work intensively on your admissions process is not only favorable for you as you become a senior, but also imperative in order to achieve the best admissions results.

Through this agreement, I am requesting your commitment to work on your admissions process this summer. We will require a minimum of 5 WEEKS OR 35 DAYS of intensive work together to finalize most admissions essays, application work, and other pending items.

The 5 weeks of work do NOT have to be consecutive, but at least 2 of those weeks MUST be in AUGUST. The other 3 weeks need to happen between the last day of tests/school in your junior year and the first day of school in your senior year. Preferably, you should plan on working with EduPlan mostly in June and August prior to resuming classes.

If you do not want to proceed with this agreement, I will understand and release you from our consulting process. These conditions are NOT negotiable to retain the support of EduPlan for your college admissions counseling process.

With this work schedule, I am certain that together, we will maximize your chances to thrive in your admissions process! I am excited about supporting you to become a magnificent applicant for college admissions!

    Best regards,

    Claudine Vainrub, EduPlan

  • ALL STUDENTS

  • STUDENTS IN SOUTH FLORIDA

  • I will work with you weekly Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm at our Hollywood Offices located at:

    2450 Hollywood Boulevard

    Suites 310 and 320

    Hollywood, FL 33020

  • STUDENTS RESIDING OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA

  • We will be meeting very often (3-4 times per week) in the afternoons to advance with all work, Monday through Thursday from 3 pm until 6 pm. Summer appointments do not go as late as fall appointments. For that reason, if you will be taking on a job or a daily activity while working with EduPlan, you will need to budget time to meet with me in the afternoons no later than 5 pm.

  • ENTER YOUR ESTIMATED AVAILABLE WEEKS HERE!

  • Please include in the following slot the 5 weeks that you estimate you'll be available to work with us exclusively.

South Florida students taking on an internship can do so in the afternoons and work with EduPlan in the mornings.

The opposite is applicable to students outside of South Florida, you should take on an internship in the mornings to work with EduPlan in the afternoons.

If the dates reported change later on, you will need to ensure that you will still have the 5 weeks available and that we are informed of these changes.

  • MICROSOFT WORD REQUIREMENT

  • To complete your essay edits, we will use Microsoft Word (NOT Google Docs). Having Microsoft Word is MANDATORY for all EduPlan students at this stage. Google Docs is a free software that is NOT robust enough for our edits, which is why you must use MS Word.

Make arrangements right away to have access to Microsoft Word on your personal computer. Ask your parents to buy you the software or to share one of their MS Office accounts with you.

  • QUESTIONS OR SPECIAL FEEDBACK

  • Feel free to add any information about your summer plans that could be useful to us, possible changes to the schedule, or other concerns, as we plan our work together.

  • SIGNATURE

  • I acknowledge that I will need to work either:

IN PERSON (if residing in South Florida) with Claudine Vainrub during the summer of 2025 for 5 weeks every morning at the EduPlan offices Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm

    or

ONLINE (if NOT residing in South Florida) with Claudine Vainrub during the summer of 2025 for 5 weeks, meeting on Zoom 3-4 afternoons per week at scheduled times between 3 pm and 6 pm EST.

I will make sure to budget the 5 weeks needed to work DURING THE SUMMER AND prior to beginning the academic senior year.
