    You are participating in a private investment opportunity in Guicy Hydrate Water, a lifestyle-driven hydration brand operated under AE Entertainment Group, LLC.

    This investment is structured as a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE). This means your investment is not a loan and does not include interest or scheduled repayment. Instead, your investment provides the right to receive equity in the company upon a future qualifying event.

    This SAFE includes a $1,000,000 valuation cap, which determines the maximum company valuation at which your investment will convert into equity during a future funding round.

    Your investment will convert into equity if the company completes a future equity financing. In the event of a company sale or liquidity event, you may receive either a return of your investment or the value of your converted equity, whichever is greater.
