A fun, energetic introduction to soccer where parents join their toddlers on the field. This class builds coordination, balance, and early motor skills through play-based activities. Our goal is to gradually reduce parent participation so each child gains the confidence and independence needed to thrive in our 4–5 year-old program. $215 REGULAR PRICE, $20 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED ON 9/1

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by Estrada Footworks during the selected training sessions. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Estrada Footworks, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Estrada Footworks and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected training sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Estrada Footworks, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including soccer. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.

Cancellation Policy

Our program holds limited spots, and many of our programs sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 1 week before your scheduled first class of the program. This will allow us to offer your spot to another player. You may email us at efootworks@gmail.com to cancel.

Please note, we do not offer refunds after the program has started. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
