NOBLE Board Policy No. 90-1 requires that each employee provide an annual disclosure of potential conflicts of interest, including personal ownership, interest, or other relationships that might affect their ability to exercise impartial and ethical judgment in the area of their Noble responsibilities.
1. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the Noble Conflict of Interest Policy.
2. I understand that staff shall be required to disclose any relationship that he/she or members of their family may have with businesses/customers that do or seek to do business with Noble. Such relationships shall include but not be limited to:
a) any employment outside of Noble by the employee; or employment of immediate family members with a competitor or company doing business or seeking to do business with Noble.
b) significant financial interest in any such business.
c) appointment to an official position with any such business.
d) any management responsibility for such business.
e) appointment to official positions with outside volunteer organizations.
f) assignment as a volunteer worker in any membership campaigns or fund drives.
g) prior relationships to individuals receiving services or seeking to receive services from Noble.
