Children must wear the approved EHOOSH hat and t-shirt during excursions to maximise their safety.

Children must wear sunsafe clothes, hat, and enclosed shoes. Please bring a spare change of clothes and towels (for spontaneous water play).
- Please pack a healthy morning tea and lunch for your child, and include frozen ice blocks in their lunchbox to help keep the food cool.

I understand that if I do not bring a sunsafe hat or drink bottle for my child then my child will be given a new hat or drink bottle at the cost of $14.00 (hat) or $3 (bottle) which will be charged to my account.
- Children are advised not to bring valuable items or toys to the service, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Transport will be by private buses unless stated on the program, and these buses may not have fitted seat belts. Children will be advised by educators to sit safely while traveling on buses.

Please arrive on time for excursions, buses will not wait for late families.

If an unavoidable late change to the program occurs, an alternative program will be arranged and families will be notified as soon as possible.

Refunds cannot be made once bookings are confirmed by invoice. This includes if your child is unable to attend due to illness.
- I give permission for my child to use their own wheels and understand they must wear a well-fitted helmet while using different equipment across multiple play areas.
