    Our classes are fun and informative and best of all, each guest leaves with a goodie bag of top quality DIY Skin Care Products they have made themselves!

    This form asks for your DIY Class Location and a Date & Time, but please remember, we are very flexible and even after you lock in a Date & Time we can accomodate reschedules and cancellations (certain conditions apply).

    Once you submit this form we'll review and then email to confirm your DIY Class.

    Once your DIY Class is confirmed we ask for a deposit to lock the Date & Time.

     

    Here is how it works... 

    • We start the class by revealing the amazing natural ingredients that you will use as you DIY 4 high quality products.
    • We give you the secret to making these incredibly high quality skin care products at home.
    • Next we move right to the DIY!
    • We walk you through the DIY process step by step.
    • Its fun!...and by the end of the class each guest will have made these quality skin care products that they take home with them.

          • Moisturizer
            • Dead Sea Mud Mask
    • We provide all the ingredients, tools and containers...and an apron for each guest to wear while making their products.
    • We'll even supply a waterproof covering for your table!

  • Great!  We've got your location!

     

    Let's take a look at some Date and Time options.

     

    Please add a Date & Time that would work best for you.

    Remember that the DIY Class will run approximatley 90-120 minutes.

    We're flexible...changes can be made and nothing is "locked" until you secure the Location, Date & Time by providing your $50.00 deposit.

  • DIY Class Costs:

    • 3 - 6 guests (including Host) is $300.00 flat rate.
    • additional guests are $50.00 per guest.
  • What we need and what we ask of you:

     

    When we arrive:

    • We will arrive approximately 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled DIY Class start time to get things set up and to ensure the work area is prepped.
    • Please have your presentation area (table & chairs) clear of any dishes, refreshments, decor, etc as we will be setting that area up as a work station for each guest.
    • We need a space to set up a small folding table for our audio visual equipment in a manner that the display monitor will be visible to all guests.
      • We'll bring an extension cord and power bar.

    Class length:

    • Your DIY Class will last between 90 and 120 minutes.

    Setting up for your DIY Class:

    • Please have your guests arrive 30-40 minutes before the DIY Class' scheduled start time so everyone can enjoy refreshments and get settled.
    • Please provide a chair and place setting for each guest.
    • Guests must be able to watch the demonstration as they DIY, so please arrange seating so all guests have a clear view of the instructor and video monitor.
    • Classes start right at the scheduled start time and can not be delayed due to late arriving.
    • Once the class starts we cannot repeat steps for late arriving guests.
    • There is no refunds for guests that do not show up.
    • If your guests choose to leave the DIY Class for any reason, steps missed will not be repeated.

     

     

    One last thing:

    • We require parking as near to the venue as possible...we've got stuff to carry!

    The Fine Print: 

     

    Payment Methods:

    • It is the Host's responsibility to reserve the Date & Time by placing a "$50 DIY Class Deposit" at least 7 days in advance.
    • Balance of payment must be received at least 24hrs prior to the start of the DIY Class.
    • We build a kit for each Guest, so once you have confirmed the number of guests there are no refunds unless 24hrs notice is given.
    • Please make payments by E-transfer to eichi.skin.care@gmail.com
    • Payments by Credit Card are subject to a 3% surcharge.

    Cancellations & Reschedules:

    • You can cancel your DIY Class up to 7 days in advance and your DIY Class Deposit will be refunded.
    • Late cancellations (less than 7 days notice) are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
    • You can reschedule your DIY Class at any time.
    • Reschedules are subject to a $50.00 Holding Fee (your $50.00 "DIY Class Deposit").
      • The $50.00 Holding Fee is not refunded if the DIY Class is not concluded within 30 days of rescheduling (based on our availablility).

    Travel:

    • If your DIY Class location is more than 50km from Tsawwassen a $10.00 travel fee will be added to your final invoice.
       

     

    Guest requirements:

    • Please advise your guests that while making their DIY products they may come in contact with liquids, powders and other ingredients that could stain clothing.
      • It is in their interest to wear suitable cothing.
      • We will provide an apron for each guest.
    • Each guest will be required to sign a waiver accepting full responsibility for testing DIY products before fully applying to their skin.
      • We will provide each guest with their products' list of ingredients.
    • A guest that chooses not to sign the waiver will not be able to participate in the DIY Class.
      • No refund will be given.
    • NUT ALLERGIES - We use Macadamia Nut Oil in the DIY Moisturizer.
      • A substitute oil can be provided upon request.

     

    Damage to property

    • Accidents do happen...but with resonable care your DIY Class will go off without a hitch.
      • As host, your are responsible to cover tables, chairs, floors etc.
      • We will bring a waterproof covering for your table.
    • Eichi Skin Care wil not be held responsible for any accidents by intructors or guests.
    • Any damage to clothing, footwear, walls, ceilings, floors, floor coverings, furniture, countertops, appliances, sinks, faucets and/or any other home furnishings or fixtures are the responsibility of the DIY Class Host.
  • Payments and Credit Card Security:

    To ensure the security of your personal information we do not collect Credit Card details on this form.

    We will contact you by email to confirm the Location and the Date & Time of your DIY Class.

    Once confirmed, we require a $50.00 deposit to hold the date. The deposit can be made via e-Transfer or Credit Card.

    Payments made by Credit Card will be charged a 3% processing fee.

  • Invoicing:

    Please review the attached Sample Invoice to ensure you understand all possible charges that may be incurred.

     

    In this sample, the Host:

    • invited 6 guests (5 participants, including the Host)
    • paid the "over 50KM" Travel Fee
    • opted to pay via Square rather than e-Transfer
