For material donations, our sponsorship team will reach out to arrange for the pickup of the materials.

                                                                        • By signing below, the undersigned sponsor agrees to the following terms:

                                                                          1. SPONSORSHIP COMMITMENT: Sponsor agrees to provide the sponsorship amount selected above in support of the District 117 Toastmasters Spring Conference 2026, to be held May 29-30, 2026 at McKimmon Center, Raleigh, NC.

                                                                          2. PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment is due within 30 days of executing this agreement via check or the Zeffy donation portal. Checks should be made payable to District 117 Toastmasters International. Send checks to: Gregg Knepley, Toastmasters District 117, 2128 Clark Ave, Apt 723, Raleigh, NC 27605

                                                                          3. BENEFITS DELIVERY: District 117 Toastmasters will deliver all sponsorship benefits as outlined for the selected tier. Logo and marketing materials must be submitted by April 15, 2026 to ensure inclusion in printed materials.

                                                                          4. CANCELLATION: If sponsor cancels more than 60 days before the conference, a full refund will be issued minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations within 60 days of the conference are non-refundable but may be applied to future District 117 events.

                                                                          5. LIABILITY: District 117 Toastmasters is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from this sponsorship.

                                                                          6. TAX STATUS: District 117 Toastmasters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Sponsorship contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor.

                                                                          7. CUSTOM PACKAGES: For sponsors building custom packages, tier recognition (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum) will be determined by total contribution value. All corresponding tier benefits will be provided based on the final contribution amount.
