USA Warranty Claim Process
All claims must be directed through an authorized Alpina retailer. We do not accept end-user returns. Retailers must contact the Alpina warranty manager at warranty@elansports.com. Please provide the following details within the email: Dealer Name, Product Name, Product Code & Production # (inside tag on boot), size, and 3 pictures of the issue. A reply with direction on the claim will occur within 48-72 hours. If you do not hear back within that time frame, please contact Dealer Services at 603-448-3101.
