Every day, she visits elderly clients in their own homes to help with personal care, preparing meals, and making sure they are comfortable and safe. Hamida always rings the doorbell and waits to be invited in before entering. She speaks in a calm, friendly voice and respects each person's choices - for example, asking what they would like to wear or eat. Hamida listens carefully when clients talk and never rushes them. Her manager says that Hamida is a great example of person-centred care.
