Menopause doesn't exist in a silo, so it's important for us to understand what else is going on (if anything) so our team can provide the best support. Please select all that apply.

Dealing with the physical and emotional effects of cancer PLUS menopause can feel hugely overwhelming. We’re here for you. 💜

While all medical care (think labs, prescriptions, etc) needs to be managed by your general practitioner and oncology team, we are able to provide general counseling and education.

If you were diagnosed more than 3 months ago and are not currently undergoing chemotherapy, you’re eligible for our full care offering.

Uterine bleeding is considered "abnormal" based on volume (periods that are heavier than baseline), duration (lasting more than 7 days), and/or frequency (more than once every 21 days and/or spotting outside of periods). All postmenopausal bleeding — i.e. bleeding more than 1 year after periods stop — is also considered abnormal.

While it may very well be harmless, it's important to get abnormal uterine bleeding evaluated first. Once you do, you may be eligible to receive labs/prescriptions through Elektra’s clinical care program.

In the meantime, you have two options:

    1. If you'd like to continue with clinical care...while we cannot diagnose or treat until your uterine bleeding is evaluated, we are able to provide general counseling/education, resources, referrals, and some supplement recommendations.
    2. If you don’t want to continue with clinical care at this time...remember that there’s loads of educational resources in our private community. Plus, with your membership, you can access 1:1 non-clinical support from your Guide (like symptom-specific lifestyle & supplement recommendations).

More and more women are navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause at the same time as fertility treatments and early motherhood...a triple whammy of hormonal madness that’s not talked about nearly enough. We’re here for you. 💜

While all medical care (think labs, prescriptions, etc) needs to be managed by your fertility care provider, we are able to provide general counseling/education, resources, and referrals.

At Elektra Health, we strive to provide inclusive menopause education and support to ALL individuals with ovaries — and that includes transgender people.

Because while menopause is taboo, transgender menopause is shrouded in even more stigma, not to mention the fact that the healthcare system is largely unfamiliar with this population’s unique health needs.

Elektra does not specialize in gender-affirming hormone therapy for transgender patients, but we work with providers who are experts and would be happy to advise, counsel, and refer.
