  • Welcome to Your Private Cookie Decorating Workshop!

    Thanks for choosing Forget Me Not Cookie Co. to make your event extra sweet! This form will guide you through sharing your event details, cookie preferences, and any optional add-ons to create the group cookie decorating event of your dreams!

    A few important notes before you begin:

    • Workshop Deposit: A deposit equal to the base cost of your package secures your date. It’s fully refundable if canceled at least 2 weeks before your workshop, and 50% refundable if canceled 7-13 days before. Don’t worry — rescheduling is always an option!
    • Final RSVPs: Please submit your final guest list one week before your workshop so we can plan cookies, icing, and materials.
    • Participant Payment: We’ll invoice you for the final participant count a week before the workshop. Payment is due within 2 days to confirm your event.
    • Materials & Setup: Katie provides all cookies, icing, tools, and supplies, plus 45 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up — all you need to do is have fun!
    • Special Dietary Requests: We welcome them at no extra charge (keto/sugar-free treats are the only exception).
    • Please read our policies linked below before agreeing to them. It includes important details regarding payments, refunds, rescheduling, cancellations, and more!

    Once your form is submitted, we will review your request, confirm availability, and send you an invoice that must be paid within 2 business days to secure your preferred date.
